Todd R. Griffith, M.D.

A small town upbringing in a family of health care professionals made Blount County and Maryville Orthopaedic Clinic the perfect fit for Dr. Griffith.

He joined Maryville Orthopaedic Clinic in 1994.  Within a short time, he became active in medical staff leadership at Blount Memorial Hospital acting as the chief of the department of surgery from 1997 through 2000.  He helped to organize the Maryville Surgery Center, and he has served as the President of the Board of Directors since it's opening in 1999.

Dr. Griffith's lifelong interest in athletics and orthopaedics comes together in his role as team physician for Maryville High School   - a position he first filled in 1996.  He is also a volunteer coach in the AYSO soccer program in Blount County.  Dr. Griffith, his wife Gail, and their three children are active in sports, music, and church.
